A few days ago, Yulin Refinery implemented a 2×75t/h gas-fired boiler low-nitrogen combustion environmental protection compliance emission improvement project.
In order to ensure that the flue gas emissions of gas-fired boilers meet the requirements of environmental protection, this transformation design adopts imported low-nitrogen burners, flue gas external circulation and staged combustion technology and the optimized fuel composition. According to the actual configuration of the boiler model and burner, install 8 low-nitrogen burners matching the boiler, increase the flue gas external circulation pipeline and supporting accessories, and transform the boiler control system. The workshop actively organized and carried out furnace maintenance, equipment testing, and furnace personnel training. The project is expected to be completed by the end of June.
"After the renovation, the nitrogen oxide emissions of the boiler will be significantly reduced, from the previous 200mg/cubic meter to 80mg/cubic meter, which can effectively reduce the nitrogen oxide emissions, help protect the atmospheric environment, and improve the energy efficiency of the boiler." Kou Feng, director of plant safety at the first workshop, said.
