Heilongjiang Qingan Qingxiang 80 MW Biomass Cogeneration Project is under construction

Li Yuepeng, deputy director of Qing'an County Development and Reform Bureau, said that this project is one of the top 100 projects in the province, with a total investment of 667 million yuan. It mainly builds a 260-ton/hour high-temperature ultra-high pressure biomass circulating fluidized bed boiler and an 80MW high-temperature ultra-high temperature High-pressure, one-time intermediate reheat, extraction condensing turbine generator set, as well as newly built workshops, equipment purchase and storage yard, etc. The project started in July last year, with an investment of 375 million yuan completed last year. After resumption of work on April 1, this year, in strict accordance with the epidemic prevention and control requirements, carefully deployed, reverse the construction period, currently completed 80% of the project volume, plans to put into operation before the end of this year.

Zhang Xiuyan, deputy commander of the project, said that after the resumption of work on April 1 this year, everyone would get up early and be greedy late and be full of energy. There are now more than 90 workers working on-site, boiler installation is in progress, and construction is progressing smoothly. In order to actively promote the project construction, Qingan County Development and Reform, Gongxin and other relevant departments took the initiative to connect, rely on front-end services, track services, and timely find and solve the difficulties encountered in the project construction, so that the project construction proceeded smoothly.

Li Yuepeng said that after the project is completed, the annual heat supply will reach 1.828 million gigajoules, the new heating area will be 3 million square meters, the annual power generation will be 607.4 million kWh, the estimated annual output value will be 304.97 million yuan, and the new profit will be 86.15 million yuan. Taxes are 57.54 million yuan. Moreover, after the project is put into production, it can consume 577,500 tons of biomass fuel for agriculture and forestry every year. At the current price of 300 yuan per ton, it can increase the income of farmers by 17.325 million yuan every year.
