13. Participation process

　　1. Enterprises that legally register and pay taxes in accordance with the law, such as biomass, biogas, straw, garbage disposal, and provide a copy of their business license;

　　2. Free participation is limited to domestic registered, legal and formal enterprises;

　　3. Exhibitors must fill in the participation application form, affix the official seal of the company, and fax it and mail it to our company. After receiving it, our company will confirm it as a formal contract;

　　4. After the exhibitor's booth is confirmed, 50% of the booth fee shall be paid as a deposit within 5 days, and the balance shall be paid 2 months before the exhibition. If the payment is not due, the organizer does not guarantee the reserved booth. Please forgive me for booth changes.
