Operating instructions for the use of natural gas boilers

　　1. Check before starting the natural gas boiler

　　1. Check the boiler sub-cylinder steam outlet valve (production, bathroom hot water tank), all should be closed

　　2. Check the boiler water level gauge, the water level should be within the range of L and H scale. The valve of the water level gauge should be in the open position. If there is water shortage, you should manually add water to the range of L and H scale

　　3. Check the water level of the soft water tank, it should be at a high water level

　　4. Check the gas pressure, it should be within the range of 4-5Kp, and there is no gas smell in the Shaanxi gas boiler room

　　5. Check the softened water equipment, it should be in the "product water" state, and the water tank and product water detection should be blue.

　　6. Check the water inlet valve, it should be open

　　7. Check the liquid level of the dosing barrel, and it should be above the lowest dosing scale line.

　　8. Check the switches of the control box, they should be in the standby state

　　2. The natural gas boiler starts up

　　1. Turn on the main power supply, and after the voice prompt is over, press "RUN" on the panel to run.

　　2. Check the flanges and valves of the natural gas boiler, and there is no gas leakage.

　　3. Matters needing attention during operation of natural gas boiler:

　　A. Check that there should be no abnormal noise in the furnace. The flame is blue.

　　B. When observing the water supply, the water pump should be in operation. The pressure is (0.2~0.4).

　　C. Observe the tonic device, it should be in the automatic rehydration state.

　　D. Check the burner. When the air pressure rises to 0.8MP, it should be in a stopped state.

　　4. When air is supplied, slowly open the main steam valve to avoid water hammer; when the trap is steam out, the main air valve slowly opens fully.

　　5. When the air pressure rises to 0.4～0.8MP operating pressure, open the manual drain valve of the sub-cylinder and close it after 20 seconds.

　　During the start-up operation, you should always pay attention to the operation status of the natural gas boiler and do not leave. When it exceeds the specified value, stop the furnace for inspection.

　　3. The natural gas boiler shuts down normally

　　1. Press the red "STOP" button on the control panel to confirm that the burner stops running before the personnel can leave.

　　2. After the burner is completely stopped, wait 30 minutes before closing the steam outlet valve of the sub-cylinder.

　　4. Natural gas boiler blowdown operation method

　　When the water level is at the M or H water level, turn the water pump control button on the operation panel of the equipment to manual. (Note: When the water level is at L, directly open the valve to drain).
