Production process of biomass pellets

　　The production process of biomass pellets is actually very simple, mainly two processes.

　　1. Raw material cleaning production line: The waste foam flowers, sawdust and bark produced by furniture factories or wood factories use a special raw material conveyor to remove iron and enter the raw material cleaning screen to remove large pieces, rope ends, etc., and then pass through the mixer. The water and different wood materials are mixed evenly, and then the iron and steel impurities, stones, etc. are removed through the air transport system, and then lifted and transported to the granulating and arch breaking warehouse.

　　2. Granulation workshop: The raw materials required for moisture are transported by the fan and sent to the special granulation bin for granulation. The granulated material passes through the skirt belt conveyor to the cooler, and after cooling, the material is sent to the grading screen by the belt conveyor for grading. Then, the biological particles that meet the requirements are sent to the finished product silo, and the powder enters the raw material silo from the recovery system for re-granulation.
