What are the uses of boiler drums

　　The boiler drum, also known as the drum, is one of the most important heating elements of the boiler. It mainly has the following functions:

　　1. Receive the boiler feed water, and at the same time continuously transport saturated steam to the steam superheater, and connect the ascending and descending pipes to form a circulation loop, which is the connection link of the process of heating, steam and superheating;

　　2. Some saturated water needs to be stored in the drum, which has a certain evaporation capacity. The more water is stored, the greater the ability to adapt to load changes;

　　3. Water supply, dosing, sewage and steam purification devices are installed inside the drum to improve steam quality.
