◆ Standard booth: Specifications: 3m×3m, including three white hoardings (2.5 meters high), a negotiation table, two folding chairs, two fluorescent lamps, Chinese and English fascia boards, trash baskets, and carpets. For double-opening booths, an additional 500 yuan/piece will be charged. 3A/500W lighting socket 100 yuan/piece (optional).

◆ Luxurious standard booth: In addition to the above configuration, the booth will be uniformly and luxuriously decorated to effectively reflect the overall strength and image of the exhibitors. The renderings are available on request. For double-opening booths, an additional 1,000 yuan/piece will be charged.

12. Participation Process & Rules

1. Companies that are legally registered and pay taxes in accordance with the law in heating, HVAC, energy, and comfortable home furnishing, and provide a copy of their business license.

2. Free participation is limited to domestic registered, legal and formal enterprises.

3. Exhibitors must fill in the application form for participation, affix the official seal of the company, fax it and mail it to our company, and our company will confirm it as a formal contract after receiving it.

4. After the exhibitor’s booth is confirmed, 50% of the booth fee shall be paid as a deposit within 5 days, and the balance shall be paid 2 months before the exhibition. If the payment is not due, the organizer does not guarantee the reserved booth. Please forgive me for booth changes.
