SZS oil gas water tube hot water boiler is arranged as drum longitudinal type “D” shape, the right side is furnace, the left side is convection bundle, has the characteristics of high steam quality, sufficient output, and high thermal efficiency (97%), etc.
The structure of furnace water cooling wall and convection gas pass is membrane wall, have good sealability, and effectively reduce refractory brick quantity and maintenance workload. The layout of economizer at boiler tail could effectively reduces exhaust gas temperature and improve boiler thermal efficiency. The boiler could equipped with extra-low NOx emission burner, low pollution and operate quietly.
1. Adopts double drums and “D” type layout, large radiant heating surface, and achieves higher thermal efficiency.
2. Uses membrane wall structure, has good sealability, could decrease the usage and maintenance load of insulation and refractory materials.
3. Equipped with full automatic burner with ignition control program, high combustion efficiency, low harmful gas emission, has the protect function of over-pressure and flame-out.
4. The boiler shell could use aluminium silicate board for heat preservation, the thickness of board is about 8cm, good insulation performance.
5. The layout of economizer at boiler tail could effectively reduces exhaust gas temperature and improve boiler thermal efficiency (reach to about 97%)
6. Equipped with two explosion door at the furnace roof, to ensure the boiler operate safety and efficiently.
7. There are manhole and inspection hole on the boiler, convenient for boiler internal installation, inspection and clean.
8. Full automatic interlock protection program, has the protection function of water shortage, over pressure, over temperature, gas leakage, flame out, electric leakage, and phrase-lacking or overloading of motor, etc.
